Professional Background:
Keri graduated from Tarleton State University in 2003 with a bachelors in Computer Information Systems. In 2005, she graduated with her Master’s Degree in information Systems From Tarleton. Web development and design has been her passion since that time. She has designed websites since 2004 and has worked in the team roping industry since 2006, for team roping associations, professional ropers and as a freelance web developer and designer. Her portfolio also includes designing artwork for t-shirts and hoodies. She even has the industrial press that brings the designs to life!
She is currently in her junior year at Arizona State University set to gradute with a degree in Marketing.


Equine Background:
Keri Whitney has been in the horse industry her entire life, getting her first pony at 22 months old. After countless ponies, she graduated to a little sorrel mare, named Drena. The rest is history. She’s ridden english, western, dressage, jumping, ran barrel, poles, team sorted and penned, given riding lessons, and has even worked for a renowned reining horse trainer in California. Since she was 19 years old, her passion turned to team roping, which she continues to compete in. Today, she breaks and trains all of her horses, enjoying the reward in bringing them along to finishing and competing on them.
